Since we're a studio of one, we don't keep a massive warehouse of stock. Most of your items, like mugs, puzzles, phone cases, and prints, are custom-made just for you when you order. Because of this, all sales are final.
We want you to love your piece, so please double-check your sizes, phone models, and shipping address before hitting buy!
Damaged or Incorrect Items
While we do our best to ensure everything arrives perfectly, the "perfect world" rule applies. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or we've sent you the wrong item:

Email me within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected].

Attach a few photos of the damaged item and the packaging it came in.

We'll get a replacement sent out to you immediately at no extra cost.
Original Paintings & Canvas
Original works are packed with extreme care and insured for their full value. Due to the high risk and cost of shipping fine art, these pieces cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have questions about a specific painting or would like to see a video of the texture/colors before buying, please reach out!
Cancellations
Change of heart? It happens. Please email me within 6 hours of your purchase. Once the printing process starts or the painting is boxed up, I can no longer cancel the order.
